Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed Monday to Friday within 48hrs, however please allow extra delivery time for weekends and public holidays. All New Zealand shipments are made through NZ Couriers and generally an overnight service. Rural areas may take longer, and there can be delays with couriers at Christmas period. All NZ orders must be signed for upon delivery so no PO Boxes please. Use your supplied tracking number any time to see your progress. Click here for the NZ Couriers tracker. A courier charge of $5 per order applies on all orders nationwide.
If upon delivery your item is damaged in transit or defective on arrival please let us know by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery. We will contact you to discuss the defect, and if agreed that the product is defective, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, dependent on stock availability or we will refund or credit your account. Aqua Salon & Spa cannot be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost return packages sent to us, without proof of delivery. We highly recommend you track and insure your return package.
