At Aqua Salon and Spa, we truly value your time and are committed to providing the best care possible. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms.

We completely understand that life can be unpredictable. However, if you miss your scheduled appointment without giving prior notice, the full cost (100%) of the treatment will be charged to your account. This ensures that our time, as well as the time of other clients, is respected.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment on the same day, we will apply a 20% charge of the treatment cost to your account. We understand that emergencies can happen, and this helps cover some of the time we’ve set aside specifically for your treatment.

24-Hour Notice
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. By providing this notice, there will be no charge, and we will be happy to accommodate a new appointment at a time that works better for you.
